What will you do?
You will manage IT projects: You will be responsible for Internet and information systems projects from their initiation to their transfer to the client.
You will communicate with business and public sector clients: You will conduct meetings, coordinate requirements, coordinate acceptance testing (UAT) and system launch processes.
You will organize teamwork: You will use the Atlassian tool ecosystem (Jira, Confluence) - you will plan, monitor task statuses, manage risks and ensure quality.
You will improve processes: your proactive contribution to forming new procedures will be highly appreciated.
You will integrate the latest technologies: You will use AI tools (Claude, Gemini) in daily project management activities (documentation, communication, automation).

What we expect from you
Required:
Advantage:
- 3-5 years of experience as an IT project manager (in the field of web solutions or SaaS).
- Practical skills in daily activities using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Habit of using AI tools in daily work.
- Knowledge of Lithuanian (C1 level or higher) - ability to independently and professionally conduct meetings with public and private sector managers.
- General knowledge of Internet technologies (PHP, JavaScript, REST API, cloud platforms) for smooth communication with the technical team.
Advantage:
- PMP, PRINCE2, PSM or SAFe certificates.
- Experience working with public procurement (CVP IS, application preparation, contract administration).
- Knowledge of ISO 27001 or ISO 9001 processes.
