In this job you:
- You will prepare and monitor IT project plans.
- You will manage the project scope, deadlines, budget and resources.
- You will coordinate the project team, suppliers and stakeholders.
- You will analyze business needs and translate them into clear technical requirements.
- You will organize project meetings and ensure the implementation of the decisions made.
- You will manage project risks, issues, dependencies and changes.
- You will ensure clear project communication with management and other stakeholders.
- You will monitor the progress of the project and prepare periodic project status reports.
- You will ensure the implementation of project objectives and the achievement of the intended business benefits.
- You will coordinate testing, implementation and project closure activities.
- You will ensure the preparation and transfer of project documentation to operation.
- You will escalate critical issues and make decisions according to the granted authorities.
- You will ensure that the project complies with the organization's project management methodology.
We expect that you:
- You have a higher university education.
- Have at least 2-3 years of experience in IT project management.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and standards (PMBOK, PRINCE2 or similar).
- Able to practically apply project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) when planning and implementing projects.
- Have experience working with Jira, MS Project or other project management tools.
- Able to coordinate the work of multiple teams.
- Understand the principles of IT infrastructure, applications and integrations.
- Have good written and oral English.
- Have excellent planning, organizational and communication skills.
