We are currently looking for an IT Project and Systems Manager to join the team, who will take responsibility for the development of IT systems used in the company, the implementation of new solutions and their smooth operation.
We are looking for someone who is able to understand business needs, translate them into specific IT solutions and coordinate their implementation from idea to working result.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze the needs of different company departments and initiate IT solutions that help digitize and streamline business processes;
- Manage IT systems implementation, development and integration projects, planning their scope, deadlines, budget, resources and risks;
- Coordinate the work of internal teams and IT suppliers, control the performance of agreed work, deadlines and quality of services;
- Coordinate system testing, launch and smooth transfer to users;
- Ensure smooth operation, maintenance and further development of implemented IT systems;
- Ensure proper documentation of IT projects, monitoring of results and clear communication to management and other stakeholders;
- Contribute to the formation of the long-term direction of the company's IT systems development and digitalization.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- At least 3 years of IT project management experience in implementing and developing information systems in the transport or logistics sector (mandatory);
- Ability to independently manage several parallel IT projects and ensure the achievement of agreed results;
- Ability to understand business processes and link them to technological solutions;
- Understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, applications and the principles of their integration;
- Ability to communicate effectively with business managers and users, as well as with IT specialists and external suppliers;
- Strong planning, organizing, priority management and problem-solving skills;
- Good oral and written knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
- Knowledge of Russian is an advantage;
- PMP, PRINCE2, CompTIA Project+ or other project management certificate (an advantage).
