MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- IT systems and infrastructure administration, ensuring uninterrupted service operation;
- identification, analysis and elimination of incidents, system and infrastructure failures;
- continuous monitoring of IT infrastructure, systems and services;
- performance of preventive IT infrastructure maintenance work in order to prevent possible failures;
- preparation and updating of technical and system documentation after changes in configurations, functionality or implementation of technological updates;
- participation in IT systems development, modernization and upgrade projects;
- coordination of cooperation with external IT maintenance and service providers;
- control of services provided by suppliers, including monitoring of SLA compliance and escalation of incidents.
IMPORTANT FOR THIS POSITION:
- at least 1 year of experience in implementing IT systems, administering or maintaining IT infrastructure in a business or critical environment;
- knowledge of computer network administration and troubleshooting (LAN, WAN, VLAN, TCP/IP, VPN, routing, firewalls);
- experience in administering physical and virtual servers (Windows Server, Linux, VMware, Hyper-V or similar platforms);
- ability to analytically assess situations, quickly respond to incidents and make decisions in critical situations;
- motivation to constantly improve professional knowledge and deepen competencies;
- technical English knowledge for working with documentation and suppliers;
- Category B driver's license;
- ability to work a flexible work schedule, including night shifts;
- impeccable reputation according to the requirements of the Aviation Law of the Republic of Lithuania.
WORK SCHEDULE:
This position works on a shift schedule:
2 working days (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
2 working nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
4 days off
2 working days (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
2 working nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
4 days off

The specific remuneration within the range is adjusted according to the candidate's experience and skills. An additional payment of about 15% of the monthly salary is paid for work during the night and holidays. A variable remuneration component (up to 15% of the annual remuneration) is also paid additionally, depending on the achieved personal and company goals.
