Responsibilities waiting for you:
- You will maintain and administer the company's IT infrastructure - servers, network equipment, data storage and other IT solutions;
- You will install, configure and update software and hardware;
- You will monitor the operation of IT systems, look for the causes of malfunctions and ensure their prompt elimination;
- You will ensure the smooth and stable operation of the network and servers;
- You will administer user accounts, access rights and software licenses;
- You will help colleagues solve daily IT problems and ensure that technical disruptions interfere with their work as little as possible;
- You will prepare, maintain and update employees' computer workstations;
- You will take care of IT security - from threat prevention and incident management to data protection and backup maintenance;
- You will maintain and improve internal IT systems, ERP, test benches and IoT devices used in the company;
- You will prepare and update IT documentation;
- Looking for ways to make IT solutions more convenient, secure, and efficient.
We hope you:
- Have a university or higher education in IT, computer science or a related field;
- Have 2-3 years of experience in IT systems administration;
- Have practical experience in IT systems and computer workstation administration;
- Have good knowledge of servers, computer networks and workstation maintenance;
- Understand the principles of IT and cybersecurity and know how to ensure data security and backup reliability;
- Have an understanding of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and their operating principles;
- Have a good command of Lithuanian, and knowledge of English allows you to easily understand technical documentation;
- Able to independently search for solutions, plan work and properly set priorities;
- You are responsible, curious, proactive and are not afraid to take on new tasks;
- You want not only to maintain existing solutions, but also to contribute to their improvement.
