Job description:
- Installation, administration and maintenance of computerized workplaces;
- Consulting and training of internal users to work with IT devices and software;
- Maintenance, administration of servers and server equipment and ensuring IT security;
- Administration of computer networks, computers and software;
- Administration of Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, etc.);
- Maintenance and administration of conference equipment, telecommunications network, office mobile phones, printer facilities;
- Monitoring the operation of installed programs, troubleshooting and prevention of incidents;
- Improvement and documentation of IT processes.
Requirements:
- Experience as an IT engineer, systems administrator or technical specialist
- Practical experience in administering Windows workstations and servers
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Azure AD)
- Basic knowledge of computer networks (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi)
- Understanding of IT security principles
- Ability to independently solve problems and communicate with company employees
- Experience with backups
- Creating IT documentation
