Your responsibilities
- Maintain servers, network equipment and related IT services in the company and at our clients.
- Resolve user requests (helpdesk) remotely and on site, diagnose incidents and find their causes to prevent failures from recurring.
- Administer Microsoft 365 environments (users, licenses, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune) and other systems for the company and clients.
- Analyze existing infrastructure, document its architecture and configurations.
- Improve the operation, security and reliability of the infrastructure, propose and implement technical improvements.
- Perform simple programming and automation tasks: write scripts, create small integrations.
- Search for IT equipment suppliers, compare offers, negotiate terms, take care of purchasing and selling equipment to clients.
- Participate in IT infrastructure projects for the company and clients.
What are we hoping for
- Understands basic network technologies: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, routing, firewalls and VPN.
- Has the basics of working with Windows Server and/or Linux, acquired through work, studies or personal projects.
- Able to independently search for information, consistently diagnose problems and justify the chosen solution.
- Willing to learn and take on tasks whose solution is not clear in advance.
- Responsible for planning work, setting priorities and informing the team about progress and obstacles.
- Able to communicate in Lithuanian and understand technical documentation in English.
We will consider 2+ years of experience in the IT sphere as an advantage.
