IT Systems Administrator

We are looking for an IT Systems Administrator whose main responsibilities will be:

• Maintenance and administration of the company's servers, network equipment and IT systems;
• Solving IT problems remotely and on-site, identifying the causes of failures and preventing their recurrence;
• Preparing the company's computer equipment for work, performing technical maintenance and ensuring smooth operation;
• Administration of the Microsoft 365 environment, user accounts, licenses and other systems;
• Assessing the state of IT infrastructure, preparing and updating system configurations and technical documentation;
• Improving the operation, security and reliability of IT systems, proposing and implementing technical solutions;
• Performing simple programming and automation tasks, creating scripts and small system integrations;
• Searching for IT equipment suppliers, comparing offers, coordinating purchase conditions.

What we expect:

• Experience in the IT field (2 years or more experience will be considered an advantage);
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux operating systems (knowledge acquired during studies or independent projects is also suitable);
• Understanding of the basic principles and technologies of computer networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, routing, firewalls);
• Analytical thinking, ability to independently identify the causes of IT failures and find appropriate solutions;
• Fluent communication in Lithuanian and ability to understand technical documentation in English;
• Ability to plan work, set priorities, responsibly carry out tasks and inform the team about their progress in a timely manner;
• Willingness to learn, initiative and readiness to solve new technical challenges.

1500-2500 €/mon. gross
Salary is discussed individually, taking into account your work experience and competencies.
