We are strengthening the IT team of UAB "Autoverslas" and are inviting an IT systems administrator to join us.

Main tasks:
- Maintain the business management system and ensure its smooth operation;
- Consult system users, solve problems and administer user accounts;
- Analyze business processes and provide suggestions on how to optimize them using IT solutions;
- Integrate and test new solutions in the business management system;
- Design and document system changes, coordinate work with business management system developers and test implemented solutions;
- Organize training, prepare user instructions and advise colleagues on how to effectively use the business management system;
- Register user requests, form tasks and coordinate their implementation;
- Eliminate software and technical failures of computers and their components;
- Maintain and ensure the technical condition of user workstations.
We hope you:
- You have experience in information systems maintenance or systems development (at least 2 years);
- You are diligent and responsible; you are able to analyze and systematize information;
- You are able to effectively plan your daily tasks and set priorities;
- You are a team player, able to find a language with different users;
- You are able to communicate fluently in English and your native (Lithuanian) language (verbally and in writing).
We would consider it an advantage:
- Experience working with ERP systems and databases;
- Project management knowledge.
