You will be responsible for:
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of server and network infrastructure;
- Monitoring and analyzing server and network performance, identifying and resolving problems;
- Ensuring server and network security, including managing firewalls, VPNs and other security mechanisms;
- User support and assistance with IT issues;
- Managing data backup systems;
- Preparing documentation and updating network topology;
- Collaborating with other IT department employees to ensure the smooth operation of clients' IT infrastructures.
We care, so we hope you have:
- Higher education in information technology or related field;
- At least 2 years of work experience in network and server administration;
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and other network protocols.
- Experience in administering Active Directory, Microsoft 365;
- Experience in installing and administering servers and data storage;
- Experience in working with network devices (routers, switches, firewalls);
- Ability to work with Linux (at least basics) and Windows server operating systems;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
