Tasks that await you:
✅ You will monitor IT infrastructure, workstations and operating systems;
✅ You will administer and support internal business systems (VVS, CRM, DVS, etc.), analyze their performance and resolve user queries related to them;
✅ You will participate in the implementation of new IT systems and the improvement of existing IT solutions;
✅ You will resolve IT incidents and other queries;
✅ You will administer user accounts and access;
✅ You will cooperate with IT suppliers;
✅ You will consult employees on IT issues.

What does it take to succeed in this job?
🎓 Education in the field of information technology;
💼 At least 1 year of experience in a similar position;
🛠️ Ability to diagnose and solve technical failures;
📅 Ability to plan time and work independently;
📊 Understanding of business systems (knowledge of SQL language is an advantage);
🖥️ Knowledge of Windows operating systems, networks, Active Directory / Microsoft 365 environment;
🗣️ Good communication skills when communicating with users and the ability to explain technical topics in a simple way.
💼 At least 1 year of experience in a similar position;
🛠️ Ability to diagnose and solve technical failures;
📅 Ability to plan time and work independently;
📊 Understanding of business systems (knowledge of SQL language is an advantage);
