In this position, you will be responsible for the company's reliable and secure IT infrastructure, solve technical challenges, and actively contribute to the modernization and improvement of IT systems, ensuring the smooth daily work of the organization and directly contributing to the efficient operation of electronics manufacturing processes and internal systems.
Nature of work
- Maintenance and administration of the company's IT infrastructure (servers, network equipment, data storage, etc.).
- Installation, configuration and updating of software and hardware.
- Monitoring the operation of IT systems, diagnosing faults and promptly eliminating them.
- Ensuring stable operation of the network and servers and continuous maintenance.
- Administration of user accounts, access rights and software licenses.
- Providing IT assistance to employees, solving technical problems and ensuring work continuity.
- Preparation, maintenance and updating of computer workstations.
- Ensuring IT security: threat prevention, incident management, data protection and backup maintenance.
- Maintenance and improvement of internal IT systems (e.g. ERP, test benches, IoT devices)
- Preparation and updating of IT documentation.
- Cooperation with external service providers and participation in IT projects.
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education in IT, computer science or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of work experience in IT systems administration.
- Practical experience in administering IT systems and workstations.
- Good knowledge of servers, networks, workstation maintenance and IT security solutions.
- Knowledge of IT and cybersecurity principles (password policy, data protection, backups, etc.).
- Understanding of the principles of operation of business management systems (e.g. ERP).
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English (for technical documentation).
- Ability to independently solve problems, plan time and set priorities.
