We are looking for an IT Systems Administrator to ensure the smooth operation of the company's IT infrastructure, systems and workplaces. You will be responsible for daily system administration, incident resolution, formulation of technical tasks for partners and control of their work.
As your competencies grow, you will have the opportunity to get involved in the design, implementation and development of the PRO BRO international Master Franchise IT infrastructure in new markets.
Your responsibilities:

Your responsibilities:
- Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive environments.
- Manage user accounts, groups, licenses, access rights and employee onboarding, job change and exit processes.
- Prepare, configure and maintain employees' computerized workplaces, mobile devices and peripherals.
- Resolve first and second level IT incidents, analyze their causes and ensure timely elimination.
- Oversee basic IT security measures: MFA, Conditional Access, device policies, updates and access control.
- Formulate technical tasks for external partners, coordinate their implementation, test changes and assess the quality of the work performed.
- Supervise the operation of tunnel car wash IT systems, coordinate incident resolution and system updates.
- Manage accounting of IT equipment, licenses and other IT assets and their entire life cycle.
- Create and constantly update documentation of IT systems, configurations, processes and incident resolution.
- Participate in IT infrastructure, cloud, system implementation, integrations and cybersecurity projects.
- Contribute to the development of IT standards and typical infrastructure solutions for the expansion of PRO BRO into new countries and franchise units.
- As competencies grow, participate in the design, implementation and launch of new locations for the Master Franchise infrastructure.
We hope you:
- You have at least 1-2 years of experience in IT administration, technical support or Service Desk.
- You have practical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory and/or Microsoft Entra ID administration.
- You are able to administer Windows workstations and diagnose hardware and software problems.
- You have basic knowledge of Azure, Intune, computer networks and IT security.
- You are able to independently analyze problems, clearly formulate technical tasks and control their implementation.
- You are responsible, proactive, able to set priorities and complete the work you have started.
- You are able to communicate in Lithuanian and English.
We would consider the advantages:
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Server, PowerShell, or Azure.
- Fundamentals of networking, firewalls, VPN, backup, and monitoring solutions.
- Experience with Jira Service Management or another request management system.
- Experience with ITIL, SLA management, or working with external IT service providers.
