Ideal candidate profile:

  • higher education (IT, telecommunications, engineering is an advantage);
  • very good Windows knowledge (installation, adaptation, troubleshooting);
  • ability to quickly understand the principles of information systems, software
functionality;
  • at least 2 years of work experience in the fields of information systems, software installation, network administration, maintenance and development;
  • very good MS software knowledge and the ability to convey this knowledge to others;
  • responsibility, diligence, initiative, logical thinking and desire to improve;
  • good knowledge of Lithuanian and English.

Objectives of the position:

  • expert MS software support, configuration (M365, Outlook, Windows, MS Power BI, etc.);
  • maintenance of financial accounting and personnel management systems (Navision, ALGA HR) CRM, ERP, development of AI-based solutions);
  • maintenance of telephone communication and internal network - configuration of VPN connections, LAN and Wi-Fi networks;
  • maintenance, updating, configuration of employees' work tools (computers, phones, printers) and preparation of new workplaces, installation of IT equipment;
  • periodic technical inspection of computers, software optimization;
  • maintenance, support, updating, configuration of servers (NAS, Backup);
  • you will consult colleagues on IT issues, solve technical challenges and ensure the smooth operation of company departments with IT systems.
