IT Systems Administrator

In this position you will:

• Administer and maintain Linux servers, ensure their stability, security and availability
• Maintain and develop the company's LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN and wireless network infrastructure
• Administer DNS, DHCP, routing, firewall and remote access solutions
• Install server and network equipment updates, manage configurations and access rights
• Monitor the operation of the infrastructure, Diagnose network and server failures, manage incidents and perform root cause analysis
• Ensure infrastructure security, apply IAM, least privilege and Zero Trust principles
• Maintain backup, system recovery and business continuity solutions
• Automate repetitive administration tasks
• Maintain virtualization, container and cloud infrastructure
• Prepare and update network diagrams, server configuration descriptions and technical procedures
• Participated in infrastructure projects and collaborated with IT teams and external partners

The team expects from you:

• At least 5 years of experience in Linux systems, IT infrastructure or network administration
• Practical experience in installing, administering and troubleshooting Linux servers
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, NAT and routing principles
• Experience in administering switches, routers, firewalls and wireless network equipment
• Ability to use network and system diagnostic tools
• Experience in updating servers, strengthening security and managing access rights
• Knowledge of monitoring and log analysis tools: Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK or similar
• Automation experience using Bash, Python, Ansible or similar tools
• Ability to independently resolve incidents and clearly document the changes made
• Good knowledge of English
• Responsibility, initiative and good communication skills

An advantage if you have:

• Experience in administering virtualization platforms such as VMware
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes or other container technologies
• Knowledge of high availability, load balancing and fault tolerance solutions
• Basics of Windows Server and Microsoft 365 administration
• Knowledge of DevOps, SRE and CI/CD practices
