We are currently inviting an IT systems support specialist to join our team, who will become the main contact person for internal users in resolving IT-related issues and will help our team ensure the smooth operation of systems.
We are currently inviting an IT systems support specialist to join our team, who will become the main contact person for internal users in resolving IT-related issues and will help our team ensure the smooth operation of systems.
Your main tasks will be:
- Receive, register and administer internal user queries regarding the systems used and their operation
- Provide users with assistance in resolving queries within their competence, and transfer more complex queries to responsible specialists or external service providers, coordinate their resolution and inform internal users about it
- Administer user access rights in accordance with the procedures in force in the company
- Maintain and administer the SharePoint environment: from the structure and content of department pages to their visual presentation (if necessary, use external partners)
- Fill and update the internal knowledge base in the SharePoint environment (most frequently recurring questions, solutions, instructions and other information relevant to users)
- Provide observations and suggestions for system improvement (approved suggestions are transferred for further implementation together with solution implementers)
We hope you:
- You have good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
- You are communicative, responsible and like to work in a team
- You have experience in IT support or systems administration - this will be an advantage, but most importantly - a willingness to learn and the ability to solve problems independently
- You have a higher education in IT or a related field - this will be an advantage, but is not a decisive factor
