IT Systems Administrator

We are looking for an IT Systems Administration Specialist to join the Technology and Innovation Department team in Vilnius, who is interested in working with various company IT infrastructure, cloud services, security solutions, NIS2 requirements implementation, SOC collaboration and internal user issue solutions.

After joining the team:

you will maintain computer workstations, operating systems, software and peripherals and resolve more complex user IT issues/incidents;

you will administer Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, user accounts, groups and access;

you will install, update and maintain Windows and Linux systems, diagnose and troubleshoot problems;

you will contribute to the maintenance of network infrastructure, firewalls, VPN, Wi-Fi and network devices;

you will work with servers, virtualization environments, backup, monitoring and recovery processes;

automate repetitive administration tasks using PowerShell or other tools;

contribute to the maintenance and improvement of information and cybersecurity measures, access management, incident prevention and IT documentation;

participate in the implementation of cybersecurity, NIS2 requirements and collaborate with SOC and other security partners in analyzing security events and recommendations;

consult colleagues on the effective use of the company's IT tools.

has 1-3 years of practical IT support, systems administration or similar work experience;

is able to independently administer a Windows environment and has practical Linux administration knowledge;

has practical experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, OneDrive or similar cloud services;

understands the principles of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls and network devices;

is familiar with virtualization, backup management and monitoring solutions;

is able to independently diagnose technical problems, search for their causes and find solutions;

is responsible for information security, access control and confidentiality;

understands the importance of cybersecurity and wants to contribute to the implementation of NIS2 requirements, security incident management, security monitoring and SOC process improvement;

is able to document solutions and share knowledge with the team;

is fluent in Lithuanian, can use technical documentation in English and communicate in English both orally and in writing.

We will consider the following as an advantage:

practical experience using PowerShell, Bash or other automation tools;

experience with Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft Defender or similar administration and security solutions;

experience with server virtualization, backup, monitoring or incident management solutions;

knowledge or practical experience in the areas of cybersecurity, SOC, SIEM, EDR, NIS2 or ISO 27001;

experience in automating internal processes using Power Automate, n8n, Microsoft Copilot or other automation and AI tools.
