🔑 What you will do:
- You will take care of the security of the company's systems and network - you will manage risks and incidents, supervise security solutions (EDR/XDR, SIEM, MFA), perform vulnerability management and backup maintenance, improve security processes according to ISO 27001.
- You will be responsible for quarterly security audits and reporting to the group and company owners, as well as participate in the preparation of annual ISO audits, contributing to the development of data security policies and procedures.
- You will communicate with group companies and partners (e.g., negotiations on server rental and other IT services).
- By following technology trends, you will independently propose and apply new solutions that will allow the company to work more efficiently and securely.
🏆 What do we expect from you?
- At least 3 years of experience as a systems administrator or IT infrastructure administrator;
- Good experience in Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and virtualization platforms (Hyper-V) administration;
- Practical experience in network administration (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls);
- Good knowledge of English (B2 level or higher), ability to work with technical documentation, communicate with international partners and suppliers;
- Experience in implementing, maintaining and improving information security management processes according to ISO 27001 or other information security standards;
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices;
- Experience in administering security solutions: antivirus systems, EDR/XDR, SIEM, MFA, email protection and access management solutions;
- Ability to identify, analyze and manage cybersecurity incidents and risks;
- Experience in performing system updates, vulnerability management and backup maintenance;
- Ability to prepare IT and information security documentation, procedures and instructions;
- Analytical thinking, responsibility, initiative and result orientation;
- Experience in managing and representing third-party services of the company's IT economy (Telia, Baltneta, Atea);
- Knowledge of network management principles and O365 administration.
🚀 We will consider the following as an advantage:
- ISO 27001, ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco or other related certifications.
- Experience participating in IT and information security audits.
- Experience working in a regulated environment (pharmaceutical, financial, healthcare or manufacturing sectors).
- Experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS or Google Cloud).
