We are looking for an IT Systems Analyst to join our IT team and help implement and develop the company's IT systems.
In this position, you will be a bridge between business and IT: you will delve into the company's processes, describe them, and turn them into clear, understandable tasks for programmers and other developers.
What will you do?
- You will analyze the company's business processes and, together with colleagues, clarify the needs for IT systems;
- You will prepare functional requirements, specifications and tasks for programmers and other developers;
- You will participate in projects for the implementation of new IT systems and the development of existing systems;
- You will consult developers during implementation and ensure that solutions meet business needs;
- You will test implemented changes, prepare documentation and user instructions;
- You will consult employees on issues of system use, analyze and help solve emerging problems;
- You will perform minor technical work as needed: write SQL queries, check and correct data, make minor software changes.
What are we hoping for
- Higher education in information technology or a related field;
- Experience as an IT systems analyst, business analyst or similar;
- Ability to quickly understand business processes and describe them in a clear, structured manner;
- Ability to communicate in both business and IT language - to translate business needs into technical requirements;
- Analytical thinking, diligence, responsibility and initiative;
- Ability to work both in a team and independently, correctly setting work priorities.
We will consider it an advantage
- SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases;
- Programming skills (Python, C#, FoxPro);
- Experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) or other enterprise information systems;
- Knowledge of process and requirements modeling (e.g., BPMN, UML);
- English language skills.
