IT SYSTEMS ANALYST (SELF-SERVICE DEVELOPMENT)

We are currently looking for an IT Systems Analyst to join the Self-Service development team. Your main responsibility will be the development of a self-service system, ensuring effective solutions in the green energy ecosystem.

You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• By collecting, analyzing and transforming business processes, functional and non-functional requirements in detail into technical specifications for the development team;
• By designing self-service solutions - the user journey and the logical structure of interfaces, ensuring system scalability and intuitive experience;
• By specifying integration interfaces - by preparing systems interaction scenarios, describing API specifications (REST/SOAP, OpenAPI/Swagger);
• By collaborating at the architectural level - by working closely with system architects to ensure that functional requirements are technically implemented and compatible with the overall IT infrastructure;
• Consulting and quality assurance – advising the team throughout the development cycle and ensuring that the final product meets the original business vision.

• Higher university education in the field of information technology, systems engineering or exact sciences;
• At least 2 years of experience in IT systems analysis (experience with large-scale self-service portals is a great advantage);
• Excellent skills in working with UML and BPMN notations and the ability to independently prepare process diagrams;
• Experience in working with SQL (for data analysis) and understanding of data exchange formats (JSON, XML, YAML);
• Ability to structure large-scale information, set priorities and clearly and reasonedly communicate solutions to both business and programmers.

An advantage would be:

• Experience working according to Agile (Scrum or Kanban) methodologies and skills in using Jira and Confluence tools;
• Knowledge of web technologies: understanding of the principles of operation of modern web systems (Front-end and Back-end interaction, microservices architecture);
• Experience in web application testing;
• Certifications: Business or systems analysis certifications (e.g. IIBA, IREB, etc.) are available.

The fixed salary range for the position group is from EUR 2,290 to EUR 3,430 (before tax). A specific salary is offered based on experience and competence. A variable remuneration component may be paid in addition to the salary.
