Your main responsibilities:
- You will install, configure and maintain the company's IT solutions at customer facilities in Vilnius and throughout Lithuania.
- You will install and configure computer equipment, peripherals and software.
- You will diagnose and troubleshoot technical failures, consult with customers and provide them with technical support.
- You will cooperate with other technical specialists in solving more complex technical issues.
- You will document the work performed and adhere to established work processes.
We hope you:
- Have basic knowledge of Windows operating system administration and are familiar with the principles of computer technology.
- Able to analyze problems and independently find effective solutions.
- You are responsible, proactive and result-oriented.
- Have good communication skills and are able to communicate professionally with customers.
- Have a category B driver's license and are ready to travel to customers throughout Lithuania.
- Able to plan your work and work effectively both independently and in a team.
Advantages:
- Experience in IT systems implementation, technical support or IT assistance.
- Experience in configuring computers, peripherals or network equipment.
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP computer networks.
- English language skills to work with technical documentation.
