What responsibilities will we entrust?
- Together with the IT manager, you will implement IT projects from idea to launch: backup system, transformation, ISO 27001, device management (MDM), contract registry, knowledge base.
- You will implement AI tools in the company: adaptation of Claude and other solutions to departments, integrations with our systems, training colleagues and AI usage rules.
- You will develop and improve internal tools (incident management, photo, legal and other systems), with the help of AI.
- You will maintain servers: Linux VPS, Docker containers, Synology NAS, updates, monitoring and backups (3-2-1 principle, with regular recovery test).
- You will administer the Microsoft 365 environment for three group companies: accounts, licenses, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive rights, Entra ID.
- You will meet new employees and accompany outgoing ones, work with external companies on onboarding / offboarding issues
- You will answer colleagues' IT questions in the office and remotely, and transfer more complex cases to an IT partner and follow them through to completion.
- You will maintain office networks and Wi-Fi, communicate with internet, hardware and software suppliers.
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in IT: systems administration, DevOps or programming.
- Experience in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD) administration.
- Experience working with Linux servers and Docker.
- You know how to program or write scripts in at least one language (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript or PowerShell) and work with APIs.
- You use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) every day and are curious about how to apply them to business.
- Knowledge of network basics: DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Wi-Fi, VPN.
- Ability to plan your own work and complete things you have started without reminders.
- Clear communication with non-IT people and suppliers, ability to communicate clearly in Lithuanian, knowledge of English for technical documentation.

- You have worked with LLM API, MCP or AI agents.
- You have worked with Synology or other NAS and backup solutions, Intune or other MDM system.
- You have experience with ISO 27001 or other information security standard.
- You have a category B driver's license.
