We are currently inviting an IT systems and automation specialist to join the BSW Engineering team, who would help create a more efficient and modern technological environment for the organization.

This position will focus on business process automation, integration of different systems, practical application of Microsoft Power Platform and artificial intelligence solutions, finding ways to simplify daily processes with technology and increase their efficiency. Also, part of the responsibilities will include basic IT systems administration and cooperation with external IT partners.

By joining BSW you will have the opportunity to:

  • Create, implement and improve business process automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, SharePoint and other tools;
  • Create and develop Power BI reports and analytical solutions that help to more effectively monitor and analyze company performance data;
  • Integrate different systems used in the company through API interfaces, ensuring smooth data exchange and reducing the need for manual actions;
  • Search, test and practically apply artificial intelligence solutions that would help automate and streamline internal business processes;
  • Implement and manage group policies and automations on a company-wide basis;
  • Analyze existing processes, identify opportunities for their improvement and initiate technological solutions that help increase work efficiency;
  • Cooperate with different departments of the company to understand their technological needs and help turn them into practical solutions;
  • Cooperate with external IT partners and coordinate issues related to IT infrastructure and system operation;
  • Perform basic IT administration tasks: create and manage user accounts and access, administer their granting or revoking, and resolve other daily IT issues.

We expect from an IT systems and automation specialist:

  • Practical work experience with MS Power BI, Power Automate and SharePoint;
  • Experience in implementing and managing group policies and automations on an enterprise scale;
  • Practical experience in integrating different systems through API interfaces;
  • Ability to practically apply AI solutions to automate and improve business processes;
  • Knowledge of IT systems administration;
  • Analytical thinking, independence and proactivity;
  • Good knowledge of English (B2).
