Nature of work
- Installation, configuration and testing of company software.
- Diagnostics and repair of hardware (turnstiles, access control systems, computer equipment).
- Operational problem solving (troubleshooting) and consulting with customers.
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of computer networks.
- Participation in installation projects and completion of technical documentation.
Employee requirements
- Knowledge of IT systems and networks (LAN, Windows environment).
- Basic electrical engineering/electronics knowledge (low currents).
- Ability to use measuring instruments (e.g. multimeter) – a prerequisite.
- Driver's license (category B) – mobile work.
- Good knowledge of English (for technical literature).
- You have experience with cash register (POS) systems, turnstiles or similar equipment.
- You have worked in the field of IT support.
- You have the basics of Windows Server or Linux administration.
