We are a retail company with an internal IT department that develops and improves business-critical solutions. We are looking for someone who is interested in how processes, data and solutions work outside the system.
The main part of the work is understanding business processes, testing data logic and ensuring the quality of back-end solutions.

Job description:
- Functional testing of systems, focused on data correctness and process integrity, not UI;
- Collaboration with programmers, project managers and business representatives - helping to find the optimal solution, not just an error;
- Assistance to end users during implementation (explaining how the solution works, not just "how to click");
- Preparation of test documentation, scripts and instructions.
What do we expect from you:
- Willing to learn, delve deeper and understand how business and IT solutions work together;
- Understanding of data and its logic (experience with SQL is a big plus);
- Diligence, responsibility and attention to detail, without losing the big picture;
- Ability to independently plan work and manage several processes at the same time.
Advantages:
- Work with ERP or other business management systems;
- Knowledge of SQL (MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle or similar);
- Understanding of testing methodologies or QA processes;
- English (for documentation, communication).
