Nature of work:
- Formulate and implement the company's information systems development strategy, ensuring compliance with business goals;
- Organize, coordinate and control the work of the department, lead a team of 10+ specialists;
- Ensure the reliability and secure operation of information systems, integrations and IT infrastructure;
- Initiate and coordinate the development, implementation and modernization of new systems;
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, personal data protection and business continuity requirements;
- Cooperate with other departments, identify operational needs and provide consultations on IT issues;
- Organize IT procurement, supervise the execution of contracts and coordinate the work of external suppliers;
- Provide proposals to management on IT development, investment and risk management.
Expectations for a future colleague:
- Higher education in IT, informatics, information systems or similar field;
- 3+ years of leadership experience and team management skills;
- Excellent project management and analytical skills, ability to solve complex technical problems;
- Communication skills, ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams;
- Experience in developing IT architecture of a manufacturing company is an advantage;
- Experience in public procurement is an advantage.

- Salary 4,978 - 5,973 € (before taxes) + 20% annual bonus for achieved goals;
- Hybrid work model (1 day of remote work per week);
- Convenient work schedule: I–IV 7:30–16:30, V 7:30–14:00;

Additionally, a variable, performance-based remuneration component is paid.
