About the position
We are looking for an inspiring leader who can shape the IT strategy of the group of companies, mobilize and develop the team and ensure that technological solutions create real value for the organization.
In this position, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing IT strategy, reliability of critical IT services, strengthening cybersecurity and business continuity management. You will also initiate and implement digital transformation, process automation and artificial intelligence solutions that will help reduce administrative burden, speed up processes and improve the quality of decision-making.

Your responsibilities:
- Lead the IT team, mobilize, develop and motivate its members, strengthen the leadership culture, promote professional growth and cooperation.
- Form the organization's technological vision and IT strategic direction, initiate solutions and provide proposals that create long-term value for the organization's digital transformation, operational efficiency and competitiveness.
- Ensure the development of information systems, their reliable and secure operation.
- Lead digitization, process automation and artificial intelligence implementation projects.
- Ensure cybersecurity, personal data protection and business continuity.
- Ensure IT project budgets, deadlines, risks and execution of IT-related purchases.
- Cooperate closely with the managers of the group's companies, identifying business needs and finding the most suitable technological solutions.
- Ensure reliable, secure and efficient operation and consistent development of IT infrastructure - servers, networks, workplaces, cloud solutions and other technological platforms.
What do we expect from you?
- You are fluent in English (verbally, in writing).
- You have a higher university education in IT or a related field (an advantage).
- You have at least 3 years of management experience.
- You have successfully formed, mobilized and developed teams.
- You are characterized by strategic thinking, result orientation and the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.
- You have experience in implementing IT transformation, digitalization or information systems implementation projects.
