Job description
We are looking for an IT Manager to lead the IT function through a maturation and transformation phase: from stable IT service management (ITIL) to cybersecurity enhancement and implementation of NIS2 technical tools.
This is a role for someone who is able to balance daily IT operations, change management (CR) and implementation of technical security solutions, working closely with the business and operations.

We will trust you:
- Lead the IT department, ensure service stability, SLA compliance and supplier and budget management.
- Apply ITIL principles in incident, problem and service management.
- Maintain and develop core systems: Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM, billing and PO tools, internal systems, Microsoft 365, Windows and part of Linux environments.
- Manage system changes and the Change Request (CR) process and combine ITIL Change Management with Agile (Kanban / Scrum) practices.
- Help the organization manage IT changes in a structured way - priorities, scope and deadlines.
- Implement NIS2 technical security requirements: PAM, EDR/XDR, SIEM/log management, SOC integration and incident management processes.
We hope you:
- 4–6+ years of experience in an IT manager, IT lead or systems manager role.
- Hands-on experience in ITIL (incident, problem, change).
- Experience and good understanding of Microsoft 365 / AD, IT infrastructure, ERP and business systems support.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity technical solutions (PAM, EDR/XDR, log management, SOC).
- Experience or strong interest in Agile and Change Request management.
- Ability to structure IT activities and build systems, not just react to problems.
