The Role

We're looking for someone to own the technical backbone of our clients' fleet equipment: GPS units, tablets, telematics devices, and mobile hardware. You'll resolve issues through HaloPSA, manage devices remotely via MDM platforms (SureMDM, Zoho MDM), and get your hands on the equipment itself when remote fixes aren't enough. Beyond fixing what's broken, you'll spot the patterns behind recurring issues and turn them into service improvements or new opportunities for our clients.

What You'll Do

  • Resolve client-reported technical issues via the Halo platform
  • Manage, administer, and issue fleet equipment (telematics, tablets, phones) — including inventory tracking, claims, returns, and coordinating equipment requests
  • Prepare and configure tablets for deployment: app installation/updates via MDM (SureMDM, Zoho MDM), and navigation map updates
  • Analyze incident data to identify recurring patterns and convert them into service improvements or new client offerings
  • Contribute to ongoing technical and process improvement projects

What You Bring

  • Hands-on experience with Android devices and MDM platforms (SureMDM, Zoho MDM)
  • Solid understanding of GPS systems (Sygic or similar), GSM networks (3G/4G), roaming, and device configuration is a big plus
  • Comfort with data analysis in Excel
  • Experience working in a Microsoft environment
  • Lithuanian and English proficiency (B2+), written and spoken
  • Clear communicator with strong attention to detail, equally comfortable working independently or in a team
  • High ownership and accountability
  • Valid driver's license (required)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with ADB (Android Debug Bridge) for device troubleshooting
  • App Script / App Sheet experience
  • Interest in automating and optimizing operational processes
  • ITIL familiarity
  • Background in logistics or general IT
