About us:
We are looking for a colleague who would become our technological pillar – someone who is able not only to maintain IT infrastructure, but also to create solutions that really facilitate the daily work of colleagues.
This position will combine IT infrastructure administration, Microsoft 365 environment maintenance, Power Platform solution development and IT project implementation.

Nature of work:
- IT infrastructure maintenance, modernization and optimization: servers, networks, workstations, cloud solutions;
- Microsoft 365 environment administration and development: SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, Power Apps, Power BI;
- Automation of internal solutions and IT processes using Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure Automation, scripts, Azure CLI or other tools;
- IT project planning and implementation from requirement clarification to launch;
- Information systems installation, upgrade, integration coordination and development supervision;
- IT security assurance: access control, MFA, backups, IAM principles;
- Solving more complex incidents, consulting colleagues, IT equipment maintenance and incident management in the Jira system
What to expect:
- At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration or similar field;
- Practical experience with the Microsoft ecosystem, especially the Microsoft 365 environment;
- Practical experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI;
- Azure experience or desire to deepen knowledge in this area;
- Understanding of databases, data structures, system implementation, upgrades and integrations;
- Knowledge of IT security principles and the ability to apply them in practice;
- Independence, analytical thinking, sense of responsibility, good communication skills and English for reading technical documentation.
