IT Specialist

You will consult pharmacy and office employees on IT issues by phone, remotely and at the workplace. You will register, analyze and promptly resolve employees' IT requests.
You will diagnose and troubleshoot problems with computers, software, printers, networks and other IT equipment.
You will prepare new workplaces - install and configure computers, operating systems and necessary software.
You will administer user accounts, access rights and groups in the Active Directory environment and contribute to the administration of Microsoft 365.
You will install software updates and ensure the smooth operation of workplaces.
You will supervise the accounting of IT equipment, organize its issuance, return and inventory.
You will document the work performed and cooperate with the IT team, external partners and, if necessary, go to Camelia pharmacies throughout Lithuania.

Practical experience in IT support, computer workstation maintenance or systems administration.
Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory and basic Microsoft 365 administration. Knowledge of the principles of computer network operation (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi).
Ability to independently diagnose technical problems and promptly find solutions to them.
Good communication skills, orientation towards helping colleagues and ability to clearly convey technical information.
Responsibility, diligence, ability to plan work and set priorities.
Desire to constantly improve and deepen professional IT knowledge.
Category B driver's license and the ability to travel around Lithuania.
Experience in administering Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID, working with IT request management systems, Group Policy, remote administration tools or maintaining IT equipment at points of sale would be an advantage.
Experience in retail, pharmacy, or other multi-department company and basic knowledge of information security and data protection is an advantage.
