Maintenance, updating, configuration, and preparation of employees' work equipment (computers, phones, printers) for work;
Ensuring the functioning of the company's internal network (wired and wireless);
Security measures support;
Microsoft software support and configuration (Windows, M365);
Server maintenance, support, updating, and configuration;
Incident registration, management, and resolution.

Employee requirements
The perfect candidate - has at least 2 years of similar work experience, good time management, has a responsible attitude to work, is interested in IT innovations, is a diligent, team-oriented and positive person;
The following competencies and experiences are also required:
Ability to perform network equipment settings and configuration (LAN, WIFI, VPN);
Knowledge of server maintenance, virtual servers, Microsoft products (M365, Windows 11, Windows Server);
Knowledge of IT security measures and their implementation in practice;
Good knowledge of English, allowing you to read and understand English technical documentation;
Category B driver's license.
