We are looking for an IT specialist who is interested not only in solving a problem, but also in understanding why it arose and what can be done to prevent it from happening again.
This is not just a Help Desk position - in addition to daily IT maintenance, you will be able to contribute to infrastructure, system implementation, digitalization and automation projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Resolve employee IT requests and incidents and consult users.
- Prepare and maintain computerized workstations and other IT equipment.
- Perform daily Microsoft 365 and user administration tasks.
- Install, configure and maintain software.
- Diagnose LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN and other network malfunctions.
- If necessary, travel to other company departments to resolve IT issues on site.
- Participate in IT infrastructure, system implementation and digitalization projects.
- According to your experience and interests, you will be able to contribute to process automation, scripts, reports, Power BI, integrations or other internal IT solutions.
WHAT WE EXPECT
- have practical IT maintenance, technical support or similar work experience;
- are well-versed in the Windows environment;
- have Microsoft 365 and basic user administration experience;
- have encountered Active Directory;
- understand the principles of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN and Wi-Fi;
- are able to independently diagnose hardware and software problems;
- can clearly explain technical matters to non-IT specialists;
- can work with technical documentation in English;
- have a category B driver's license.
It is an advantage if you have encountered:
- PowerShell or other scripting;
- virtualization, firewalls or network equipment;
- SQL or Power BI;
- process automation or development of small internal solutions;
- ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central.
It is not necessary to know everything - we are interested in good IT basics, the ability to independently find solutions and a desire to grow.
