Nature of work:
- Provide IT support to employees via phone, email, remotely and other established communication channels, register and resolve incidents and service requests.
- Travel to company branches to resolve IT technical issues and ensure smooth operation of IT equipment and systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot computer, peripheral and software problems, escalating more complex issues as necessary.
- Configure, maintain and administer the IT environment of employees' workplaces, computers, mobile devices, printers and other IT equipment.
- Administer user accounts, access rights, Microsoft 365, Windows 11 and other software used in the organization.
- Maintain IT systems, their integrations and data synchronization, resolve system-related malfunctions, including support and integration of cash register systems.
- Perform IT asset accounting, inventory, equipment transfer, maintenance and retirement processes.
- Monitor the operation of IT systems, analyze failures and ensure smooth operation of IT systems and services.
- Participate in the development, testing, implementation and improvement processes of IT systems.
- Follow ITIL principles and the organization's incident, service request and change management processes, prepare and update technical documentation and knowledge base.
- Consult and train employees on IT usage issues.
- Cooperate with other IT teams, organizational units and external IT service providers in resolving technical and system operation issues.
What do we expect from you:
- At least 1 year of experience in IT Helpdesk.
- Knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Basics of computer hardware and networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN, Wi-Fi).
- Basics of user account administration in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Knowledge of ITIL principles and incident management.
- Experience working with Jira Service Management, Microsoft Intune or NinjaOne tools is an advantage.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Independence, responsibility and ability to work in a team.
- Willingness to learn and improve technical knowledge.
- Valid driver's license (category B)
