It is important to us that you:
- You would have obtained a higher education in IT;
- You would have at least 1 year of similar work experience;
- You would have excellent critical thinking and strong communication skills;
- You would be able to complete tasks within the established deadlines;
- You would have good knowledge of Lithuanian and English (Russian is an advantage);
In this position you:

4. Manage user accounts:
Contribute to the creation, modification, and deletion of accounts, as well as changing passwords and setting access.
5. Maintain documentation and knowledge base:
6. Provide remote user support:
- Provide professional support to users via phone, email or live;
- Resolve technical issues, diagnose software failures
2. Manage tasks:
- Register, prioritize tasks, and ensure neat and accurate documentation;
- Inform users about the status of the task.
3. Diagnose hardware and software failures:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software failures for desktops and laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals;
- Perform software installation, updates, and configuration changes.
4. Manage user accounts:
Contribute to the creation, modification, and deletion of accounts, as well as changing passwords and setting access.
5. Maintain documentation and knowledge base:
- Maintain and update information about known issues and their solutions;
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the knowledge base.
6. Provide remote user support:
- Provide assistance to users remotely;
- Use remote support tools to diagnose faults and resolve problems.
