The Delamode Group team is enthusiastic, energetic and solution-oriented. We are currently looking for an IT specialist who will ensure the smooth operation of employees' workplaces, implement and maintain IT solutions, and contribute to the creation of a modern and convenient technological environment in the company's daily activities. 💥
Main responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth preparation, administration and maintenance of new employee workplaces by managing user accounts, access, IT equipment and daily technical processes;
- Provide daily IT support to employees by consulting and resolving failures related to workplaces, Microsoft 365, accounts and other IT equipment and systems;
- Administer user accounts, access and rights in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Teams and SharePoint environments;
- Resolve IT incidents and technical failures, cooperate with external partners to resolve emerging problems;
- Maintain and improve the quality of IT processes: by managing documentation, equipment accounting, automation and security issues and contribute to the implementation of new solutions.
We expect from you:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in IT support or systems administration;
- Higher or vocational education in IT or related field;
- Experience working with Windows workstations and Microsoft 365 (users, rights, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, licenses);
- Understanding of Entra ID / Azure AD, Active Directory, Group Policy and network solutions (VPN, DNS, Wi-Fi, printers, cameras);
- Knowledge of IT security principles, experience in installing and maintaining workstations and troubleshooting various technical failures;
- Good oral and written English skills;
- Communication skills, analytical thinking, attention to detail and initiative.
