Here you will:
- Prepare and administer computerized workplaces for employees.
- Maintain the company's computer, mobile and other IT equipment.
- Register, analyze and resolve employee IT incidents and requests.
- Supervise and ensure the smooth operation of the IT systems used.
- Coordinate the activities of external IT partners and suppliers.
- Participate in the implementation of new IT solutions and IT projects.
- Consult employees on IT issues and help them use the company's systems and tools effectively.
- Prepare and update IT user instructions and documentation.
