We are currently recruiting an IT specialist to join the Administration team.
This position combines two areas: approximately 70% of your time will be spent on implementing and developing IT solutions - specialized systems, process automation, data analytics (Power BI) and developing internal tools, and approximately 30% - on the daily IT environment: preparing workplaces, accesses, consulting colleagues.

ONCE YOU JOIN THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Creation, development and maintenance of Power BI reports, interactive dashboards and KPI indicators;
- Analysis of business needs and their transformation into technological solutions;
- Working with different data sources: databases and other systems;
- Ensuring data quality, accuracy and reporting performance;
- Collaboration with different teams to understand their needs;
- Daily IT environment: ensuring smooth operation by helping colleagues solve technical issues related to workstations, software, access and other daily IT needs.
WE BELIEVE YOU WOULD ACHIEVE BEST RESULTS IF:
- have at least 2 years of practical experience working with Power BI or similar BI tools;
- you are well versed in Power BI data modeling, visualization creation;
- have experience in applying AI tools in the areas of process optimization;
- are able to understand business processes, clarify needs and determine what data is needed to make decisions;
- know how to transform complex information into clear and practically applicable insights;
- have experience in administering workplaces and the Microsoft 365 environment (user accounts, access, software).
