IT specialist for process automation

We are a company that sells new and used car parts and are currently expanding our team and looking for someone to help us achieve even better results. Help the team work more efficiently by developing, maintaining, and improving automation tools, and reducing manual work in daily processes.

Nature of work

  • Maintain and improve already created automation tools
  • Identify processes that can be automated or simplified
  • Create simple automation solutions
  • Process and transform data (Excel, CSV, data exports)
  • Integrate different systems via API or data import/export
  • Document the created solutions and maintain their operation
  • Test and adapt AI tools for process optimization
  • Train colleagues to use the created tools

What do we expect from you

  • Ability to analyze processes and find ways to simplify them
  • Experience in automating repetitive tasks
  • Good Excel knowledge (data processing, formula logic, Power Query, etc.)
  • Experience in programming or scripting (e.g. Python, VBA, etc.)
  • Ability to work with larger amounts of data
  • Logical thinking and independent problem solving

Requirements

  • Experience in automation, data processing or process optimization
  • Strong practical experience in developing Excel / automation solutions in real projects
  • Initiative and desire to improve processes
  • Ability to explain technical solutions to non-IT colleagues
  • Diligence and responsibility for the operation of solutions
  • Experience working with different systems (Advantage)
  • Experience in developing small internal tools or scripts (Advantage)
  • Interest in AI and its application to work processes (Advantage)
  • Experience working at N8N (Advantage)
