Maintenance, configuration and troubleshooting of computer and other IT equipment of the gymnasium.

Preparation and maintenance of computers, printers, projectors, interactive screens and other equipment.

Installation, updating and administration of software.

Maintenance and troubleshooting of the gymnasium's Internet, Wi-Fi and internal network.

Administration of employee accounts, e-mail and access rights.

Administration of Microsoft 365 and other IT systems used in the gymnasium.

Maintenance of IT security, data protection and backup solutions.

Operational technical support for teachers and administrative staff.

Accounting for IT equipment, needs assessment and provision of proposals for new equipment and technological solutions.

Cooperation with external IT service and equipment suppliers.

Participation in the implementation and improvement of the gymnasium's digital and technological solutions.

Requirements for an IT specialist

We expect the candidate to:

have an education in the field of information technology and/or practical IT work experience;

be well-versed in Windows operating systems, be able to install, configure and maintain computers and software;

be able to administer user accounts, e-mail and access rights;

be familiar with the principles of computer networks, be able to resolve Wi-Fi, Internet and local network problems;

be able to maintain the gymnasium's IT equipment: computers, laptops, tablets, printers, projectors, interactive screens and other equipment;

be able to diagnose technical and software failures and promptly eliminate them;

have basic knowledge of IT security, data protection, backups and user access management;

be able to administer and maintain the Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace environment;

is able to advise teachers and other staff on IT issues, clearly and patiently explain solutions to technical problems;

is able to independently plan work, set priorities and respond quickly to technical failures;

is responsible, meticulous, proactive, communicative and problem-solving oriented;

is able to work both independently and in cooperation with school administration, teachers and external IT service providers.
