Your responsibilities will include:
- Installing, configuring, maintaining, upgrading, and optimizing network infrastructure
- Managing and maintaining virtualization platforms
- Administering and supporting hardware infrastructure (servers, storage, and related systems)
- Troubleshooting incidents, performing root cause analysis, and implementing long-term solutions
- Collaborating with vendors and external IT service providers
- Working closely with the IT Security Manager to ensure compliance and security best practices
We are looking for a colleague who has:
- Hands-on experience with network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls), including Palo Alto Firewalls (considered an advantage)
- Strong knowledge of network services such as DHCP, RADIUS, VPN, and DNS
- Experience with VMware technologies (vCenter, ESXi, SRM)
- Practical experience with hardware configuration (servers, SAN switches, storage systems)
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or similar)
- Ability to automate routine administrative tasks
- Basic understanding of ITIL principles
- Good English communication skills
It would be an advantage if you have:
- Familiarity with high availability and disaster recovery solutions
- Hands-on experience using Commvault backup solutions
- Understanding of Windows Server environments
- Practical knowledge of Zabbix monitoring tools
- Exposure to Microsoft 365 / Entra ID environments
- Experience with Active Directory administration
- Working knowledge of Linux systems (CentOS, Ubuntu)
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud services
