IT System Team Coordinator

Job Description

• Coordination of the IT systems team: setting goals, planning work, assigning tasks
• Team development, periodic employee assessments
• Implementation of standard and country-specific systems and implementation supervision
• Detailed and integrative testing and identification of problem areas
• Identification of new business needs and project implementation
• Modification and adaptation of systems according to changing business requirements
• 2nd level IT support, consulting users and, if necessary, engaging in technical work
• Active cooperation with local and international company departments (EE, LV, DE and other countries)
• Optimization of business processes using appropriate technical solutions

Candidate Requirements

• Higher university education in IT, computer science, information systems or a similar field
• 3+ years of similar work experience, including team management and leadership skills
• IT project management skills
• Excellent English knowledge (at least B2 level)
• Strong analytical skills, ability to delve into technical details and solve problems
• Communicative, ability to work with different departments and cultures
• ITIL knowledge is an advantage
