Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Recruitment Partner to the Artea Bank team, who is ready to work in a team, make decisions together, achieve set goals, is open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.

In this position, you will work directly with hiring managers and IT leaders - you will help them understand exactly what we are looking for, you will form a search strategy, actively search for candidates in the market, participate in interviews and be responsible for the entire candidate experience.

You will be #closer every day and:

• You will partner with hiring managers: from clarifying the need, forming a profile to consulting throughout the selection process.
• You will conduct an active search for candidates: the ability not only to wait for applications, but also to find the right people in the market yourself.
• You will develop search strategies and implement them using LinkedIn Recruiter and other search channels.
• You will coordinate the full selection process: from the first meeting with the manager to the offer to the candidate.
• You will conduct interviews with candidates and assess their competencies, motivation and suitability for the position.
• You will assist hiring managers in preparing for interviews, formulating questions and assessing candidates.
• You will consult managers about the IT talent market, candidate availability, remuneration expectations and the recruitment situation in the market.
• You will ensure a good candidate experience throughout the process.
• You will represent the company in communicating with candidates and creating a strong employer image.
• You will work with ATS: administration of selections, data quality assurance, management of process stages.
• You will monitor recruitment market trends and apply new search methods and tools.
• You will constantly improve the selection process and implement initiatives that help hire faster and more qualitatively.

To be #closer, you will need:

• At least 3 years of experience in IT and / or tech selection.
• Strong search and passive candidate attraction competencies.
• Experience in selecting IT specialists at different levels and a good understanding of the IT talent market.
• Experience in working directly with hiring managers and other business / IT stakeholders.
• Ability to independently conduct interviews and make reasoned decisions about candidates.
• Experience working with ATS and understanding how a recruitment system can help manage and streamline the selection process.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactivity, independence and responsibility for the result.
• Good understanding of the principles of candidate experience and employer image.
• Excellent English language skills.

• Salary. The specific remuneration will depend on work experience and competencies, therefore we indicate only the possible range: from 3000.00 to 4000.00 EUR excluding taxes.
