UAB „INsec“ is expanding its team and is looking for an IT technician to help clients solve everyday computer and IT equipment problems. The work is performed both remotely and by visiting client offices.
We do not require experience in the field of complex system administration – the most important thing is technical thinking, a desire to learn and the ability to communicate with people.

What will you need to do?
- Remotely consult clients and solve everyday IT problems.
- Visit clients in Panevėžys and surrounding cities.
- Prepare new computers for work, install programs and connect equipment.
- Troubleshoot Windows, e-mail, printers and other devices.
- Create and configure user accounts.
- Connect computers, printers, Wi-Fi equipment and other network devices.
- Replace faulty computer components and perform basic diagnostics.
- Record work performed and inform the client about the solution to the problem.
- Refer more complex problems to the systems administrator.
We hope you:
- You know how to use and maintain Windows computers.
- You are able to independently find the cause and solution to a problem.
- You are not afraid to communicate with customers and can explain technical matters in a simple way.
- You are responsible, punctual and able to plan your work.
- You have a category B driver's license.
- You can read technical information in English.
Previous experience in the IT field would be an advantage, but it is not necessary. We are also looking for self-taught candidates with good computer skills.
We will consider it an advantage if:
- You know the basic principles of computer networks.
- You have encountered Microsoft 365 or email account administration.
- You know how to connect and configure printers and network equipment.
- You have experience with MikroTik, Ubiquiti UniFi or video surveillance systems.
- You have assembled, repaired or upgraded computers yourself.
