Employee requirements
- ability to diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems Windows and iOS;
- have knowledge, understanding or practical experience with AD, Citrix, Office 365, MS Azure systems;
- understand the mutual communication systems and features of network equipment;
- help users resolve any registered IT incident;
- installation and installation of new IT equipment for users;
- resolve incidents related to printers, copiers and scanners;
- ensure a high level of customer/user service;
- have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with technically proficient colleagues as well as with non-technical colleagues;
- be a motivated team member;
- good level of English.
