Nature of work:
- analysis of new functionalities and processes of information systems operating in the company;
- manual testing, non-conformance management;
- acceptance testing with client representatives (Acceptance Testing);
- writing test plans and scripts;
- recording errors and non-conformances and monitoring the progress of their correction;
- preparing test reports;
- preparing descriptions and training videos, consulting and training users to work with information systems;
- analyzing, reproducing and transferring registered incidents for resolution;
- checking compliance of information systems with the established quality requirements;
- close cooperation with programmers, analysts and project managers.
Employee requirements:
- higher or higher education in IT;
- analytical thinking, attentiveness, good communication skills;
- good knowledge of Lithuanian and English (verbal and written);
- good computer skills, Microsoft Office;
- testing experience or desire to gain this experience.
- at least 2 years of experience in testing information systems;
- at least 1 year of experience working with customer requests (Service Desk);
- preparation and analysis of test data when writing database queries (PL/SQL, SQL knowledge);
- experience working with Selenium, Jira.
