We are looking for an proactive, responsible and strategically thinking IT manager who will develop and implement the IT strategy of the Lithuanian Energy Agency (LEA), form a team and ensure the support and development of information systems.

- develop and implement the LEA IT and information systems (IS) development strategy, submit proposals for IT and IS development;
- ensure uninterrupted operation and modernization of IT infrastructure and IS;
- form, organize and coordinate the work of the IT team;
- organize and coordinate the planning and implementation of IT projects;
- organize and ensure cybersecurity policy and data protection;
- prepare drafts of legal acts and internal documents related to the operation of IT and information systems;
- participate in the preparation of public procurement documentation for the acquisition of technical equipment and services, coordinate the execution of contracts.
Employee requirements
- Education: Higher university degree in information technology, computer science engineering or mathematics.
- Experience: At least 1 year of work experience in IT management/technology projects and leadership experience.
- Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and EU legislation regulating IT security, data processing and public procurement.
- Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, ability to manage budget and strategic thinking.
