We are looking for a BGS IT Manager to lead the organization's IT function through the maturation and transformation phase - from stable IT service management (ITIL) to the implementation of advanced cybersecurity solutions and NIS2 requirements.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is able to coordinate daily IT operations, manage the direction of IT solution development, infrastructure maintenance, change management and actively contribute to the implementation of technical solutions, in close collaboration with the business.

Main responsibilities:
- Lead the IT department and ensure stable operation of IT services (SLA, suppliers, budget).
- Apply ITIL principles (incident, problem and change management).
- Manage IT infrastructure: networks, servers, workstations (Windows / Linux, virtualization).
- Maintain and develop business systems: Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM, Microsoft 365.
- Manage the Change Request (CR) process and combine ITIL with Agile practices.
- Form and manage the development direction of IT solutions, ensuring architectural consistency, quality and compliance with business needs.
- Structure IT changes - priorities, scope and deadlines.
- Implement cybersecurity solutions and NIS2 requirements (PAM, EDR/XDR, SIEM, SOC).
- Cooperate with external partners and ensure service quality.
- Analyze, optimize and document IT processes.
- Coordinate IT projects and interdepartmental processes.
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in an IT manager / IT lead / infrastructure role.
- Practical experience in applying ITIL principles (incident and change management).
- Good IT infrastructure fundamentals: Windows / Linux, networks, virtualization
- Experience with Microsoft 365 / Azure / Active Directory or similar systems.
- Understanding of cloud solutions.
- Ability to structure processes and manage change.
- Good communication and decision-making skills.
