What are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to join the EUROCASH1, UAB team and lead the organization's IT function through a maturity and transformation phase.
This is a strategic and at the same time practical role for someone who is able to ensure smooth daily IT operations, shape the direction of IT development and actively contribute to the implementation of modern technological solutions. You will work in close cooperation with business units and external partners.

Main responsibilities:
- Stable operation of IT systems (servers, networks, virtualization, workstations);
- Business systems: Navision, CRM, O365, Vikarina;
- Development of cybersecurity solutions;
- Formation of IT architecture and development direction according to business needs;
- Supplier management, contract negotiations, service quality control;
- IT project coordination and interdepartmental cooperation;
- Monitoring market trends.
What to expect:
- 3–5+ years of experience in an IT manager position;
- Practical experience in applying ITIL principles;
- Deep IT infrastructure knowledge;
- Ability to structure processes and manage priorities;
- Proactive work style focused on continuous improvement and value creation;
- English language — negotiations with suppliers, customers and partners.
Advantages
- ISO 27001 implementation or maintenance experience;
- Docker basics;
- Process automation tools (n8n, Power Automate) experience;
- Understanding AI/LLM technologies in a business context;
- Experience in implementing and maintaining WEB solutions.
