Nature of work:

We are currently looking for an experienced IT leader who not only skillfully manages the infrastructure and mobilizes the team, but also understands that a modern IT environment is inseparable from the highest security standards? We are looking for an IT manager who will become a strategic partner to our Cybersecurity Manager and help ensure that our technological solutions are not only effective, but also unbreakable.
  • You will lead an internal team of IT specialists and take care of the delegation of their tasks;
  • You will work closely with the Cybersecurity Manager - you will transform his strategic insights, audit findings and recommendations into practical action plans for the IT team and ensure their implementation;
  • You will ensure the smooth operation and modernization of the company's IT systems, servers, networks and cloud computing (Cloud) infrastructure;
  • Together with the security team, you will respond to IT incidents, implement proactive security measures;
  • Ensure that IT operations comply with best practices and security standards.

We will be great if you have:

  • At least 3 years of successful IT team management experience;
  • Strong technical background (knowledge of systems administration, networks, cloud computing architecture);
  • Excellent understanding of cybersecurity principles;
  • Excellent project management, communication and problem-solving skills – able to combine “technical” and “security” language.
  • Analytical thinking, ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.

Salary

2700-3300 €/mon. net
The final amount of the financial remuneration for this position will depend on the level of skills and competence of the selected candidate.
